8.3 Ten members of the Association shall constitute a quorum at the annual meeting, however at no time shall that number be less than ten (10).
ARTICLE 4. Annual CE fees
7.2 At least 4 members of the Executive Committee shall constitute a quorum at any board meeting, however at no time shall that number be less than four (4).
