Enter south entrance, take elevator or stairs to 2nd floor, enter through The Sreenan Family Simulation Center Doors, Classroom 2 door 2nd door on left.
The Licensure and Certification office of Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services regulate the following providers:
- Community behavioral Health centers
- Opioid Treatment Providers
- Residential Class 1 facilities (mental health residential treatment)
- Residential Class 2 and 3 facilities (congregate living homes for individuals living with serious & persistent mental illness)
- Private psychiatric hospital units
